What is the resurrection?
For a pastor to ask questions during the children's sermon can be very risky. In response to the question, a little boy raised his hand.
The pastor called on him and the boy said, "I know that if you have a resurrection that lasts more than four hours you are supposed to call the doctor."

 Minutes

April 4th - Mark DeGroff, Capper Foundation, showed the members a Power Point Presentation about the activities of the Foundation. Before showing the slides of the activities, he told about how the Capper Foundation came into being through the efforts of Arthur Capper. During the slides he indicated that move from serving children to also providing programs that help adult achieve skills that they can use to hold jobs and be independent.

April 11th - Tom Wigley introduced the Kansas Attorney General, Derek Schmidt. He discussed the work of the Consumers Protection Division in working to prevent and prosecute scams again the citizens of Kansas. He also pointed out who people and detect scams and prevent those from falling for these scams. He also said that they have modeled a program of his office, called "In Your Corner - Kansas" after a similar program in Arkansas.
